Amy is an unapologetic advocate for individual and collective wellbeing. She helps high-achieving, multi-passionate humans recover their physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing, and tap into their innate wisdom. Nothing gives her more satisfaction than helping frazzled folks "lean out," slow down, focus on themselves, and discover they have everything they need already inside them. Amy has been teaching yoga and movement, leading retreats and facilitating mindfulness experiences for more than 20 years. She has extensive training and certifications in the Integral and Anusara methods of Hatha Yoga, mindfulness meditation, transformational life coaching, and a range of healing somatic movement practices.
She effortlessly weaves these modalities together to help students experience more clarity, confidence and grace in their lives... but her (not-so) secret mission is to help you see who you really are - a part of the great whole, and a human BEing brimming with all the peace, potential and wisdom of the Universe!
Amy is also an award-winning singer-songwriter and recording artist who believes that creativity, self-expression, and embodied awareness are the best medicine for living a positive and purposeful life.
