Yoga & Pilates
Mary Mac is a Hudson Valley–based yoga and movement instructor who believes your practice meets you where you are. She completed her RYT-200 teacher training at YoBa Studio in Raleigh, NC (her home state) in 2018 and has been teaching primarily vinyasa-style classes for nearly a decade. She recently relocated to the HV after spending the last 5 years working and teaching in Brooklyn.
Her classes are fluid, intentional, and music-driven—blending breath, movement, and rhythm to create an immersive, embodied experience. Guided by a deep curiosity and love of learning, Mary Mac has also trained in kundalini yoga and meditation, pilates, barre, reiki, and fascia flossing, all of which continue to inform how she moves, teaches, and holds space.
Each class is designed as a living, responsive experience, shaped by new influences as well as the collective energy in the room. Mary Mac invites students to drop the mask, tune inward, and show up exactly as they are—trusting that what’s needed will meet them there.
