  • Alchemy Flow

    Our signature all-levels vinyasa class. You’ll be guided through a thoughtfully designed sequence of flows, repeated twice. Set to curated music, we move through each sequence first with a focus on alignment, then again linking breath to movement - building intentional momentum and heat, and creating a deeper sense of familiarity through repetition. Classes build toward The Alchemy, a pinnacle moment that brings everything together.

    Offered in both 60 minute and 45 minute classes.

  • Alchemy Power Flow

    An elevated take on our signature flow, Alchemy Power Flow is a dynamic heated yoga practice that links breath with movement to build strength, flexibility and endurance. It features continuous, challenging sequences to boost cardiovascular fitness. Recommended for students with an established practice. 

  • Alchemy Slow Flow

    A slower-paced, all-levels vinyasa class designed to cultivate presence, breath awareness, and deep mind-body connection. Sequences will include simple, intentional transitions and longer-held postures, allowing space to explore alignment and sensation, inviting you to build depth through stillness, steadiness, and attention. Offered in 75 and 90-minute formats. 

  • Hot 26

    A vigorous, heated yoga class based on the Bikram method, featuring 26 specific postures and two breathing exercises to build strength, flexibility, and detoxification through sweat.

  • Jivamukti

    A dynamic, physically engaging yoga practice that combines asanas, breathwork, chanting, and spiritual teachings to promote strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

  • Yin Yoga

    A grounding, unheated class focused on deep stretching, stillness, and release. Postures are held for several minutes to access the connective tissue, regulate the nervous system, and create spaciousness in the body and mind. This class is a perfect reset in the middle of the day — whether you’re balancing a more active practice, recovering from injury, or simply seeking a restorative pause. Expect a longer savasana and guided meditation to close, supporting nervous system regulation, recovery, and a return to balance. Ideal for complementing other wellness practices and rejuvenating your energy for the rest of the week.

  • Yoga Works

    In this 90 minute class, no stone will be left unturned and no yoga buzz left unsatisfied, as we will move, breathe, meditate and rest in a well-rounded practice suitable for all. We will put everything together to unwind from the weekend, and to get focused and ready for the week ahead. Poses will be held longer, and much attention will be focused on proper alignment, breathing, strength, stability, and simply taking our time. A wide variety of styles of yoga will be incorporated into one sequence, and each session will include at least one guided meditation. Enjoy this deep immersion into all layers of the yoga and meditation practice.

    A structured, repeatable strength training experience designed to build confidence over time. Each week follows a consistent format, focusing on upper body, lower body, and core using primarily dumbbells, with options for all levels. Set in a warm room, it’s an intentional, supportive space to move with purpose and leave stronger.

  • Inner Rhythm

    A rhythm-driven class blending strength, music, and release. Guided by the beat, you’ll move through dynamic sequences that challenge your body, clear your mind, and invite you to let go. Expect bursts of energy, moments to reset, and a strong sense of connection—to yourself and the room.

  • Pilates Mat

    A low-impact exercise practice performed on the floor that focuses on core strength, flexibility, posture, and controlled, mindful movement.

  • Barre

    A low-impact workout that combines ballet-inspired movements, Pilates, and strength training to improve posture, flexibility, and muscle tone.
